This was a customised setting that was designed from scratch.  The request was to create a visual que that matches 'Little Stars'.  The dark hues were designed to imitate the night sky, the lighter blue tones balloons together with the white backdrop and fairy lights represents 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars', and the gold hues brightens the overall display of the setting, similar to how the bright stars light up the night sky!
