Return Policy

We really hope you love any items purchased through YUTU Celebration, but if you’re not happy and would like to return an item:

Please do so within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For your item to be eligible for return, your item must be unused, arrive in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

We only accept refunds on full price items; sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return:

Please Contact Us to let us know which item(s) you would like to return. We will then issue you with the next steps on how to return your items.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact Us with the details and we will issue you with the next steps.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you're returning an item from outside of Australia, you are liable for any associated costs or taxes in getting the item back to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If a returned item doesn't reach us, all liability remains with the shipping provider.
