One of the most time consuming task when planning for a party is the researching phase.  It takes hours and sometimes weeks to browse Google, contact a venue/ restaurant, find the right contact to speak with, wait for the call back, negotiate, and continue to wait for a reply...  This is where we come in!

With our contacts and suppliers we work with in the Events Industry, we will be able to provide recommendations based on your requirements, ambience that fits your party decorative style, whether you are catering for a small or large group.  

Additional services can be added to your party planning if you want complete peace of mind.  A party co-ordinator can be there at the start of the event until the event finishes

• Ensure all vendors arrive on time and setting up in the correct location

• Communicate with event host for any last minute changes required

• Problem solve any issues that may arise during the event

• Socialise and mingle with the guests 

• Ensure pack up is done accordingly, especially at the owner's home.

I mentioned that bringing a party vision to life is a fundamental skillset for a stylist.  Every party is unique and is treated differently based on your preferences, ideas, and how we incorporate our styling to match your needs.
